Its 2024 and I have a few fitness goals that I want to strive for this year. However, I am breaking my goals down by quarters. It feels better for me to evaluate my fitness goals and have check-ins after 3 months as opposed to an entire year. My plans are to workout 4 – 5 times a week. I will rise before the family awakes and then get moving. my overall goal is to reduce fat and gain muscle. Afterall, I am getting older so my metabolism isnt what it use to be. I currently plan to workout in my home gym. What are your fitness goals?
